Are any purchases final sale?
Products marked“Clearance”or“Bundle Save”are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final-sale item arrives with a functional defect, contact us within7 days; we’ll cover round-trip shipping and send a replacement or refund.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within24 hours. Standard FedEx/UPS delivery to the continental United States is3 – 5 business days. International orders ship via DHL or EMS and usually arrive in7 – 12 days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our dock.

Does the AI bird-recognition feature require a subscription?
No subscription or monthly fees—ever.The recognition algorithm runs locally on the feeder, and the companion app receives free lifetime updates.
Can it capture clear footage at night?
Absolutely. A built-in940 nm no-glow IR LED delivers visibility up to 8 m (26 ft). The 1080 p sensor automatically switches to black-and-white night mode so you never miss a nocturnal visitor.
Is the device weather-proof?
The enclosure is rated IP65 against rain, snow, and dust. A silicone gasket seals critical components, and the electronics are tested to-20 °C / -4 °F to ensure reliable performance through Northern winters.
How is the feeder powered?
Every unit ships with a 6,400 mAh removable lithium battery and USB-C fast-charge cable. You can also add our 5 W monocrystalline solar panel; three hours of direct sunlight powers a full day of recording.
Will my photos be shared or sold?
By default, all media is stored only on your phone and the feeder’s micro-SD card. Unless you toggle “Cloud Sharing” in the app, Birfeeder does not access or monetize your images or personal data.
